It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Brandon James Paskaluk announce his sudden and tragic passing on May 29, 2026, at the age of 17.
A beloved son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin, and friend, Brandon’s loss has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Though his life was far too short, he will be remembered for the kindness, determination, and love that defined who he was.
Brandon was a young man of remarkable character whose caring nature touched the lives of many. Known for his kind heart and strong sense of purpose, he approached life with determination and always worked toward his goals. Above all else, Brandon cherished his family and the time he spent with those closest to him. His loyalty, compassion, and genuine spirit made him a source of strength and joy to those around him.
He leaves behind his loving mother, Carissa Paskaluk of Edmonton; his father, Clayton (Amanda) Paskaluk of Bonnyville; his brothers, Dean (Kelsy) Graves, Nathan Paskaluk, and Luke Paskaluk; and his sister, Isabella Soloway. He is also lovingly remembered by his grandfather, Michael Paskaluk (Ellen Kaulback); his uncle, Stephen Paskaluk (Suzanne Cunningham); cousins Allison and Catlin Paskaluk; great-aunt Connie Paskaluk (Larry Spiess); and numerous extended family members and friends who will forever treasure his memory.
Brandon is reunited in peace with his grandmother, Sylvia Paskaluk, and his great-grandparents, Nick and Mary Paskaluk.
Family and friends will gather to celebrate Brandon’s life during a Funeral Service on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Genmec ACL Hall, with Pastor Ron Hewitt officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
In honor of Brandon’s love and compassion, memorial donations may be made to the Lakeland Humane Society in Cold Lake, Alberta.
Though his time on earth was brief, Brandon James Paskaluk’s memory will live on forever in the hearts of those who loved him.
