The Edmonton community is being asked to assist in the search for Caleb Peretic, a 31-year-old man whose disappearance has prompted growing concern from both his family and the Edmonton Police Service (EPS).
According to police, Caleb was last seen on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at approximately 5:00 p.m. walking in the area of 149 Street and 134 Avenue in Edmonton, Alberta. Since that time, family members and friends have been unable to contact him, and authorities say his disappearance is considered highly out of character.
Caleb is described as being 5 feet 9 inches tall, with light brown hair and hazel eyes. He has a distinctive clock tattoo on his right forearm and a flame tattoo on his right tricep, features that may help members of the public identify him.
His loved ones say they are increasingly worried about his well-being. In an emotional appeal, Caleb’s fiancée shared that his disappearance is completely inconsistent with his character and responsibilities as a devoted father and partner.
“Desperately seeking help locating my fiancé Caleb Peretic. With a newborn at home, as well as his parenting duties and love for his two older children, his disappearance is extremely out of character and we are deeply concerned about his well-being.”
Family members describe Caleb as a caring and dedicated father who remains actively involved in the lives of his children. They say it is unlike him to go without contacting loved ones, making the circumstances surrounding his disappearance especially alarming.
The Edmonton Police Service continues to investigate and is asking anyone who may have seen Caleb or has information regarding his whereabouts to come forward immediately.
Anyone with information is urged to contact the Edmonton Police Service at 780-423-4567 or #377 from a mobile phone, referencing the active missing person investigation.
As the search continues, family, friends, and community members remain hopeful for Caleb’s safe return and are asking the public to share his information widely.
